Lee joined the business in January 2022 as the Assistant Relationship Management – Team Leader, before moving over to the North and Midlands Relationship Management team in September. Lee currently provides support to our clients based in the midlands region. Lee is passionate about client service and our wider client experience. Lee has been involved with several projects since starting his career with Novuna, to help develop and improve our internal CRM systems and the way we communicate and gather feedback from our clients. Lee started his career working with an Asset finance broker in their sales team, following a brief period in customer service. Lee then spent 10 years with Npower Business Solutions supporting their corporate clients and developing/growing long term partnerships, following the 10 year stint within the Energy industry, Lee returned to the finance world here at Novuna.
