Louisa started her career in 2000 working for Bibby Financial Services before moving to RBS and then Aldermore Bank. She is an experienced Relationship Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the banking and financial services sector. In 2017, Louisa joined Novuna Business Cash Flow, bringing not only her wealth of experience but also a passion for excellent customer service.

Away from work Louisa enjoys spending time with her children, as well as a passion for cooking and supporting her local football team, Weston-Super-Mare AFC.
