Shelley started her career in banking with RBS and joined the business in January 2013 as Assistant Relationship Manager then moved into the Onboarding department and becoming a manger of this department. After spending many years in this department and wanting a new experience she decided to move positions to become a Relationship Manager, so she was able to fulfil her passion in providing excellent customer service and a great customer experiences.

In her spare time Shelley enjoys spending time with her friends, family and shih tzu, Poppy
