I’ve forgotten my password. How can I access my account? Back
- Click on the ‘Forgot Password?’ link on your log-in page
- Enter your username and e-mail and select ‘Request Password Reset’.
- You will then be e-mailed a link to reset your password and get back online.
If you don’t receive an email you may be using the incorrect details or your account is locked, if you reach out to you Assistant Relationship Manager or the Service Team they will be able to assist you with this.
How do I request a payment online? Back
When you sign up with us, our experienced team of Relationship Managers and Assistant Relationship Managers will spend some time helping you to navigate your online account. You can also access our system guides 24/7 on our website, which are a great reference point for day to day queries.
What’s the latest I can request a payment? Back
You can request payments online at a time suitable to you, 24/7. Any payment requests received before 5pm will be processed the same day.
Please note that this only applies to payment requests made in GBP. Payment requests for other currencies must be received before 1pm to be processed that day.
How quickly will I receive a faster payment? Back
We will release payments every hour, however depending on which bank you use it might take longer to appear in your account.
Why is some of my availability being held back in concentration? Back
When you sign up with us, a blanket concentration percentage will be assigned to all customers, which is detailed in your Cash Flow Services Agreement.
When a customer exceeds this percentage, we recommend a review of the business to ensure that your business is not unnecessarily exposed to risk.
Depending on the outcome of this review, your availability may be released or we may make other recommendations to manage the risk.
When a customer makes a payment, which bank details should they use? Back
When you become a client, you will be given your own trust account, we’ll share these details with you but most importantly we’ll also notify your customers. When/if you start trading with someone new we’ll also notify them so that you don’t have to.
My customer is struggling to pay you, it says the bank account name is incorrect. What do they do? Back
When you become a client, you are given your own trust account. This trust account is created in your company name therefore when making a payment to us your customer needs to set the account name as your company name. They should not use Novuna Business Cash Flow as this will stop the payment being sent.
